Our position on copyright
InstaSave.cloud is a tool that lets users retrieve a copy of publicly available Instagram content that they submit a link to. We do not host, store, index, or browse Instagram content ourselves — we do not maintain a library or gallery of Instagram media. Each download is initiated by a user submitting a specific public post URL, and no copy of the media is retained on our servers after the transfer completes.
We respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and expect users of our Service to do the same. Downloading a file through InstaSave.cloud does not grant any license or ownership over that content — see our Terms of Service for more detail.
Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you are a copyright holder (or authorized to act on one's behalf) and believe that our Service has been used in a way that infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To be effective, your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) that we can locate it.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification
If you believe content associated with your use of the Service was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your name, address, and phone number; identification of the material and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.
Repeat infringement
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for users who are found to repeatedly misuse it in ways that infringe on others' copyrights.
